Meet Our Support Team

Brooklyn joins us with 13 years of Customer Service experience. She is a Cat mom of 2 and outside of work she enjoys traveling with her fiance.

Erica is the friendly face at our front desk! She joins us with 25 years of customer service experience outside of veterinary medicine, and a BS in Psychology, Behavioral Science, and Social Work. She lives with her two children and three dogs.

Madison has been in the Vet field for 3 years. She grew up on a farm and has always loved working with animals. She lives with her fiance, 2 cats and 2 dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her chickens.

Makenzie has been in the Vet field since 2019. She lives with her husband, 2 dachshunds and 2 pet pigs. When she is not working, she enjoys hiking, kayaking and being outdoors with her family.

Nicole has been in Vet Med since 2021. She likes to spend her free time reading, writing, drawing and hanging out with her two cats; Oscar and River.
